Sand Mountain Description
Ski in, Ski out! Right at the base of the new Gondola Terminal! You will enjoy comfort and convenience at this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom slopeside condominium at Chateau Chamonix. Our open plan living room has vaulted ceilings, offering excellent views of the ski resort from the large L-shape sofa. The living room boasts access to the private balcony, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. Dining is a breeze, with a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table with seating for 6, plus 3 more at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom features a king bed, another separate, private balcony, and en suite primary bathroom with double sink vanity, walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom, and the third bedroom has two twins, with the third bathroom located across the hall. The living room sofa is a pull out if needed. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with DVD players, as well as ceiling fans. The full size washer and dryer is great for any dirty laundry, and the storage cubbies in the large entryway will keep all your gear organized.
Staying at Chateau Chamonix means great property amenities including a fitness center, sauna, year round indoor/outdoor heated pool, plus hot tubs for your enjoyment after a day on the slopes . Ski storage and boot drying allows you to store your gear outside of the condo, plus you will have access to a cozy fire pit slope side to chat around winter or summer. There are common spaces for lounging on the various decks complete with gas grills to cook up some easy meals. A quick walk takes you to all the restaurants, shopping and the super convenient Wild Plum market in or near the base area. Please Note: Guests staying in our condo do not have access to the shuttle or the front desk. You are a short walk away from the Gondola Transit Center and the free bus system.
